Malvinas plant continues its construction to be commissioned in record time.

It is the first hybrid micro-grid with solar generation in Argentina, a project that was awarded to Quantum Group by the Energy Secretariat of Corrientes Province a few months ago and that will provide energy to an isolated population to contribute to the social and economic development of the region.

In times of rain, the gravel road and sand that joins the population of Malvinas with National Route 12, is frequently impassable. Under these conditions, which are far from ideal, the Quantum Power team took the sensible load of more than 1200 Canadian Solar photovoltaic solar panels to the site where the micro-network is being built.

Nowadays, the first row of panels mounted on trackers of 1 axis ReEnergy branded, has been installed successfully.

The effort and the enormous desire to do things correctly by the workers and the anxiety of the population for having the desired electric power as soon as possible are palpable.

From Quantum we want to congratulate all those who are working to make this happen: Corrientes’ Government, Energy Secretariat of Corrientes, Universidad Nacional del Nordeste, BraMaq SRL, MAETEL and a large number of suppliers from the city of Esquina.
